HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION
If
you have any questions, please feel free to email Jeni Jenkins,
Education Coordinator, at jenijenkins@cincihomeless.org. All reservations must be made over
the phone at (513) 421-7803 x14. Reservations are made on a
first come first serve basis. Please note that the maximum
number of participants is 13, and we have limited space - we
encourage you to call early. We will work with you to plan your
trip according to your group's needs and our expertise. We can
accommodate groups from 2 days up to a one week stay.
FORMS
Please take the time to read the information and fill out the forms in the Cincinnati Urban Experience Packet. This packet will answer many initial questions that you may have. If you have submitted an initial registration form and have not heard from a staff member within five business days, please call Jeni Jenkins, Education Coordinator, at (513) 421-7803 x14.
COSTS
The cost is a donation of $25 per person per night. Your total
will be # of people times the # of nights times $25. This
includes housing arrangements, service placement, educational
and reflection activities, and coordination of your experience.
Groups are responsible for all transportation to and from
Cincinnati.
LOCATION
We are located in downtown
Cincinnati, Ohio, in one of the poorest neighborhoods in
Cincinnati -- Over-the-Rhine.
AVAILIBILITY
Our program is available year-round and we are able to
accommodate groups at any time of the year. Please note
that March and April are the busiest times due to spring breaks.
